Dr. Mohd. Aejaz Habeeb is an eminent Gastroenterologist, Hepatologist and a Scientist with more than 19 years of experience in the field of basic & clinical research. He completed his M.D (General Medicine) and D.M (Gastroenterology) from All India Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi. He has been awarded with PhD. in Bio-technology at JNTU, Hyderabad.
Dr. Mohammed Aejaz Habeeb is son of Padmashree Late Prof. C.M.Habibullah, a renowned Gastroenterologist, Hepatologist and scientist . He is now heading the Centre for liver research & Diagnostics established by his father.
He is working as Professor& Head, Dept. of Gastroenterology & Hepatology at Deccan College of Medical Sciences, Hyderabad and is also a Consultant Gastroenterologist & Hepatologist at Apollo Hospitals, Hyderabad and Kamineni Wockhardt Hospitals. He is practicing as a Gastroenterologist at Habeeb Gastro Care Centre in Narayanaguda,Hyderabad
His areas of clinical expertise include therapeutic endoscopy, inflammatory bowel diseases, ERCP and stem cell Research for the treatment of advanced liver diseases.
Dr. Habeeb holds deep interest in Luminal Gastroenterology and Therapeutic Endoscopy including ERCP. He is extremely passionate about research work concerning Stem Cell Research in Liver Disease which he is pursuing at the Centre for Liver Research and Diagnostics, an institute set up by his late father in Hyderabad. His other research pursuits include execution of various multicenter clinical trials related to Ulcerative Colitis and Chronic Hepatitis ‘B’ Mesenchymal Stem Cells in Liver Cirrhosis. He has published several award winning papers in various reputed national and international journals
He has completed 25 Clinical Trial /Project and presently undertaking 3 Clinical Trial / Project at International level as Principal Investigator.
He has participated/attended 87 conferences/collaborative meetings and symposia at National and International level. He has delivered guest lecturers/ talks & Presentation in the area of Gastroenterology, Hepatology & Stem cell basics & therapeutics.
He has presented posters in more than 83 National / International conferences and has achieved 11 best paper/posters awards.He has more than 80 publications in both National & International peer reviewed Journals.

Dr.Syed Ameer Basha Paspala, Promoter Director , is a reputed Sr. Neurosurgeon and Scientist with about 19 years of rich experience in the field of Neurosurgery. He did his M.Ch (Neurosurgery) from Nizam’s Institute of Medical Sciences (NIMS),Hyderabad and Ph.D (Bio Technology) from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University (JNTU),Hyderabad. He has completed short-term research fellowships in USA and India. He is working as Professor& Head, Dept. of Neurosurgery at Deccan College of Medical Sciences, Hyderabad. Dr.Paspala is Consultant Neurosurgeon at Institute of Medical Sciences, CARE Hospital hospital and Central Hospital,South Central Railways, Hyderabad.
He is actively involved in research and development related to neural stem cells and has been the Principal Investigator for several clinical trials in his area of expertise. Dr.Paspala holds keen interest in Skull base Surgery, Neurovascular surgery, Epilepsy surgery, Neural Transplantation and Surgical research.
He has held active organizing roles in various conferences and workshops in Neuro care like Neuro Critical Care Workshop, Annual Conference of Indian Epilepsy Association.
Dr. Paspala has several national and international publications to his credit and has given several presentations in the areas of fetal Neuro Stem Cells, recent advances in Trigeminal Neuralgia, GBM Post Radiation Meningioma amongst many others.

.Dr. Radha Rama Devi is a renowned Pediatrician-Genetics with 40 years of experience in Clinical Pediatrics and research in the area of Medical Genetics. She holds MD(Peds), Cert. in Genetic Engineering, Fellow in Inborn Errors of Metabolism(UK).
She was awarded merit prized in MBBS including the President’s medal and Gold Medal in Medicine.
Dr. Radha trained for fellowship by British Council in the field of Inborn Errors of metabolism. She was selected as the senior Women Bioscientist in India for the year 2005 for lifetime achievement by the Department of Biotechnology, Government of India.
She is instrumental in setting up the first Newborns Screening for preventable causes of mental retardation in India and Published the first data on the prevalence of these disorders in the Indian population

Prof. Akka Jyothy, Independent Director, is Director(Retd.), Institute of Genetics and Hospital for Genetic Diseases, Osmania University with 30 years of research and teaching experience. She did her MSc, Ph.D in Genetics from Osmania University. She assumed the duties of Director at Institute of Genetics and Hospital for Genetic Diseases, Osmania University in 2005. She has been Instrumental in establishing gentic clinics in major hospitals of the city.Under her able guidance, “Special education centre for mentally handicapped” is catering to the needs of special children and their families. Prof. Jyothy has conducted several programs that serve and promote the health of the women and children especially in rural areas and slums. Prof. Jyothy has published over 100 research papers in national and international journals of repute. She as a renowned scientist has obtained research funding from national agencies such as DBT,DST,ICMR and UGC. Her research contribution is a credit to the field of human genetics that has made significant impact on public health. She is the reviewer for different National and International Journals namely Clinica Chimica Acta, International Heart Journal, International Journal of Human Genetics and Indian Journal of Medical Research etc. Prof. Jyothy has received many awards for her excellent academic accomplishments. She has received Women Achievers Award, 2011 from Organization for Women in Science for the Developing World(OWSDW).
